Any person within the company and any external individuals who are or have been linked or related to it in a work or professional context.
It can be submitted verbally, in writing, or in person, following the steps indicated in the Ethics Channel form. The report can also be anonymous.
The process will guarantee confidentiality and prohibit reprisals against the whistleblower.
The internal information system brings together the guarantees of confidentiality, no reprisals, respect for independence, data protection, secrecy of communications and the correct practices of monitoring, investigation and protection of the informant.
